At PADOX, we make delivery simple and fast. All orders within Hong Kong are shipped within 48 hours, with urgent cases available for personal handover.
Shipping is free when your order total exceeds 350 HKD, or when you purchase a 10-tube pack or a 24-tube pack.
Smaller orders cost 15 HKD for three to nine tubes.
Free in-store pickup is also available. Please note that we currently ship only within Hong Kong.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Each tube contains three premium PADOX padel balls.
2. How long do the balls last?
PADOX balls are engineered for durability. With proper use, they retain pressure and bounce much longer than standard padel balls, making them ideal for both training and matches.
3. Do you ship outside of Hong Kong?
At this stage, we only deliver within Hong Kong. International shipping will be available in the future as we expand.
4. Can I return my order?
Yes. Unopened tubes can be returned within 10 days of purchase. Please note that return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
5. Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. We offer discounted pricing on larger packs (10 tubes and 24 tubes), as well as special promotions such as free tubes or percentage discounts when buying multiple packs.
